Become a Certified Coach or Trainer
If you are a trainer, coach, mentor, part of a project management organization, or an educational center like a community college, you can use this MS Project Learning Portal.
There are just two restrictions.
First, none of the downloadable materials, such as practice files, charts, and posters, may be used for any training or coaching activity, whether in person or online, unless every person involved has purchased the MS Project Master Class Book from Amazon.
Second, only a Certified Coach or Trainer can grant a Master Class Certificate of Completion by reviewing a student’s work and Master Project.
That is it! In fact, we encourage you to use this Learning Portal and all our materials for your Microsoft Project Training. We have also developed a certificate program for coaches and trainers.

Master Class Registration < Become a Coach or Trainer > Setting Up Microsoft Project
2nd, earn a certificate of completion for the MS Project Master Class.
Order the Master Class Book from Amazon, complete the work for each Activity Chapter and Activity Workspace.
3rd, schedule a remote session with the Master Class
Once you have earned your certificate of completion, contact us, and we will set up a remote session to review the train-the-trainer materials and finalize your certification.

MS Project Master Class Coaching offers one-on-one support for students as they go through the course and build their Master Project. Do I Need Coaching to Take the MS Project Master Class so that I can Become Certified as a Coach or Trainer?
No, you do not need coaching to take the MS Project Master Class. Both the Free and Complete versions are designed for independent learning. Coaching is optional and meant for those who want extra guidance, accountability, project reviews, or technical feedback.
However, a certified coach or trainer must review your work before you can earn a certificate of completion.
Does Coaching Guarantee a Certificate of Completion?
No. A certificate is not automatically granted through coaching participation alone. A Certified Coach or Trainer must review and approve the student’s work and Master Project before granting a Master Class Certificate of Completion.
Can Coaching or Training Be Used with Real Projects?
Yes. Coaching and training can include using MS Project Master Class workflows, standards, and Microsoft Project techniques on real project schedules and in real planning environments. These real projects can serve as the student’s Master Project during the Master Class.
Can Trainers, Coaches, Mentors, or Colleges Use the MS Project Learning Portal?
Yes. Trainers, coaches, mentors, PMOs, organizations, and schools, including community colleges, can use the MS Project Learning Portal for workshops, coaching, classroom teaching, corporate training, and professional development.
Are There Restrictions on Using Downloadable Training Materials?
Yes. Downloadable materials—including Microsoft Project practice files, charts, posters, templates, and related training materials—may not be used in any coaching or training activity, whether conducted in person or remotely, unless every participant has purchased the MS Project Master Class Book from Amazon.
Who Can Grant a Master Class Certificate of Completion?
Only a Certified Coach or Trainer may grant a Master Class Certificate of Completion. An earned certificate requires a Certified Coach or Trainer to review a student’s work and Master Project.
